AECI Woodmead PMO Administrator Vacancies – Description

  • Provide administrative support for the PMO function, including setting up meetings, being the custodian of the PMO calendar and holiday tracker
  • Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the programme teams
  • Co-ordinate project administration for multiple programme work streams
  • Develop and maintain the programme library, filing, recording and reporting systems
  • Co-ordinate the production of all reports and produce programme summary reports
  • Manage version control of all outputs generated from programme activities
  • Documentation of minutes and actions from programme meetings
  • Event management and diary management/co-ordination for the senior team
  • Making travel arrangements as required
  • Managing expense claims
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Programme Manager
  • Ensure programme delivery guidelines are adhered to and submitted documentation is consistent with existing standards
  • Ensure all programme management tasks are scheduled and monitored covering risk, issues, resources and costs
  • Assist the Programme Manager and team in the production and maintenance of work stream project plans
  • Audit actions proactively and manage timely updates for the Programme Team members
  • Regular updating of tasks for work stream project managers on MS Project

Qualifications and Experience – AECI Woodmead PMO Administrator Vacancies

  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate (essential).
  • Relevant qualification in project management and/or project support (advantageous)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PMO Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
  • A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite – especially MS Excel, Word and Projects;
  • Relevant experience in creating and maintaining project management artefacts e.g. decision registers, risk logs, project plans, project budgets etc.;
